    A slow, grounding practice with calming poses to open the body and quiet the mind. Ideal for beginners or those seeking relaxation and healing. Ends with a soothing 10–15 minute body scan meditation.

Hi, I’m Paris — a trained yoga and sound healing teacher passionate about using yoga as an alternative therapy. My approach focuses on soothing the nervous system and deepening the mind-body connection. More than exercise, my classes are a space to find calm, restore balance, and nurture wellbeing.
